Lemon Pepper Chicken China

  • Peanut/Olive Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Lemon
  • Lemon Pepper Spice

Brown the Lemon Pepper Chicken. In another pan melt the butter with the oil add the garlic and Lemon Pepper Spice, sliced peppers and carrots, water chestnuts, bambu chutes and snow peas. Heat thurowly but do not over cook(8-10 min.) turning constantly and adding several splashes of soy sauce. Turn off the stove and add 1 Squeezed Lemon and stir, let sit for 5 min. Serve Chicken breasts on a bed of rice and top with vegitables & sauce.
